"I asked myself throughout my UMJC internship, 'How have I helped change the lives of those around me?' We are a growing community of young Jewish followers of Messiah Yeshua, and it’s amazing to witness the growth. I trust that as long as we set our hearts, souls, and minds toward faithfulness to God and Messiah, God will be faithful in supplying His Spirit and power, so that we may grow, endure, and make Messiah Yeshua known. Please pray for us! There’s so much to be done."

"K20 is proof that the UMJC and all its supporters have faith and vision for the future of Messianic
Judaism. I am deeply grateful to the UMJC for investing in me and, through me, in my community and in our shared Messianic Jewish future."

"My K20 internship at Tikvat Israel in Richmond, VA was an incredible experience. The community was polar opposite of what I was used to from my home congregation in Chicago; I came into the internship truly desiring to learn and grow, so the challenge of being in a new community far from home cultivated sanctification in me. I loved meeting new people, learning new ways to do things, and being blessed and blessing others in the process. Serving as the events coordinator and youth director under Rabbi David Rudolph was an honor - the Rabbi met with me weekly to check in and we did an educational component to the internship, which allowed me to learn one-on-one from one of our movement's greatest scholars. Overall, the opportunity to be a K20 intern opened up my eyes to new perspectives, people and ways to do things in a Messianic congregation. It was a priceless, life-changing year."

"I’ve been in the K20 program now for over a year and it’s going great. Being part of this exciting program has enabled me to serve at a larger capacity in my congregation. I’ve been able to help with our holiday preparations, improving our liturgy, and spending more time with the people, which is paramount. The Lord has been using this time to strengthen me to persevere in multi-tasking while maintaining a positive attitude of faith, trust, and serving others and the Lord in all that I do. I’m grateful for it all and look forward to the next stage."

"In my K20 service to Ahavat Zion in Los Angeles, I have learned the value of connecting with like minded-people to work towards attainable goals that spread the truth of Yeshua and form outlets for outreach to our Jewish community. K20 is an opportunity for me to use my gifts to impact my community for Yeshua and was a jump-start for me to actively serve in my congregation and beyond. The people who have encouraged are my rabbi, Joshua Brumbach, and many people in my synagogue who think my work is strengthening our mission and convictions as a Messianic-Jewish community."
